Policies regarding partnerships and collaborations between Fourth Ward CLT and other Nonprofits

CLTRequests from other nonprofits, including charities:
Fourth Ward CLT may promote another nonprofit or its event, provided that such promotion is consistent with Fourth Ward CLT’s mission, vision and nonprofit status, and the other nonprofit similarly promotes Fourth Ward CLT.

  • At a minimum, the nonprofit should display Fourth Ward CLT on its website along with a clickable link back to the Fourth Ward CLT website, or, in the alternative, provide a reciprocal promotion that is acceptable to Fourth Ward CLT.
  • Any nonprofit that is unable to, or does not promote other nonprofits or businesses, may, at the sole discretion of Fourth Ward CLT, be listed on the Fourth Ward  CLT website, along with other nonprofits as a one-time addition to the Fourth Ward CLT website.
  • Any nonprofit that wants additional exposure must purchase a business membership.

Requests for promotion of fundraisers from other nonprofits and businesses:
Fourth Ward CLT will not list or actively promote another nonprofit’s or business’ fundraiser, unless, in the sole discretion of Fourth Ward CLT, doing so is consistent with Fourth Ward CLT’s mission, vision and nonprofit status, and an acceptable reciprocal promotion is provided to Fourth Ward CLT.

Nonprofit recipients of a grant or donation from Fourth Ward CLT:
Fourth Ward CLT will apply the aforementioned policy to all nonprofits that are recipients of a grant or donation from Fourth Ward CLT. To the extent that Fourth Ward CLT decides to provide a grant to another nonprofit,  Fourth Ward CLT may provide a free business membership as part of any such grant.

If you are a nonprofit and would like to discuss partnering with Fourth Ward CLT, contact us at Partnerships@FourthWardCLT.org
