Wondering how to report street light outages?

There are many streetlights in Fourth Ward. These lights can make a real difference in neighborhood safety.

It’s easy to report the outages to Duke Energy.

Just go online and report them at the website link below.
It’s also very helpful to mark the street light that’s out with some colored tape so that it is easier for the crews to locate.
When you get a confirmation email from Duke, please forward it to CMPD Officer VK Simpson vsimpson1@cmpd.org
with a cc to Safety Committee Chair Chris Connelly at safety@fourthwardclt.org so that we can follow up on it.
