Have you ever thought about how you would describe the Fourth Ward (historic and otherwise) to a friend who wants to move here?
Could you tell your friend how many people live in the neighborhood or how old they are?
Or how much green space we have? Or the size of our tree canopy?
How many single-family homes are in the neighborhood and their average age?
How about how many residents have library cards, are registered to vote, or participate in the arts?

The answers to these questions and many others can be found in an interactive online database known as the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Quality of Life Explorer, which the Fourth Ward CLT board wants to use to help attract new association members and better serve the neighborhood.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Explorer Report for Fourth Ward offers detailed information and a new way to look at our neighborhood and to see how it compares with the rest of the county.

If you’d like to take a look, you can download your copy of the Report here: Fourth Ward Quality of Life Explorer Report
