Our Fourth Ward CLT Green Team is hosting a “mini-neighborhood cleanup” on Saturday, April 3. The event will begin at 9:30 AM, starting in front of the fountain at Fourth Ward Park.
We held a large neighborhood clean-up a few months ago, and while we still expect to see “big” events like that we are also planning to host a number of smaller, recurring clean-up events (with the event on Saturday being a pilot). These are also semi-social events with a chance to meet others in the neighborhood – feel free to bring your dog, friends, and we plan to grab some coffee afterward.
We will have trash pickers and bags, but feel free to bring your own supplies (i.e. gloves). If anyone has any questions, feel free to e-mail me @ jhthompson100@gmail.com….. Hope that we will have a good turnout for this first mini-cleanup event!
