Paella Time at Poplar

It’s Paella Time at Poplar!

WHEN: Thursday, November 19, 2020, 6:30-8:30 pm
WHERE: Poplar Tapas, 224 W. 10th Street
WHAT: We’re hosting a Paella Party with Spanish wine pairings, and you don’t want to miss it!

POPLAR Co-Owner/Executive Chef Bruno Macchiavello will showcase the traditional art of slow-cooking paella over a wood fire on the Front Patio, to achieve the perfect rice crust and melding of complex flavors. This royal dish, born in Valencia of humble origins, is meant to be shared as a communal feast, so join your neighbors for this rare treat! Follow your nose to POPLAR, where the evening wood fire will be met with fresh-from-the-sea ingredients & luscious Spanish wines from Winebow.

Dinner will be served throughout the 2 hours of the event on the Front Patio. In case of rain, we will move inside! The cost for this special event with Chef Bruno (also the owner of Viva Chicken!) is $70.00 and includes seafood paella and fabulous Spanish wines.

Tax and gratuity are not included.

RSVP to  Trish@poplarcharlotte.com. RSVP’s must be accompanied by a credit card. RESERVATIONS LIMITED TO 36 PEOPLE!
