All Fourth Ward residential passes are digital now. Go to https://charlottenc.gov/transportation/programs/pages/parkit.aspx to register your vehicle.
2020 parking pass registration begins October 1st, 2020.
2020 permits expire June 30, 2021.
Active on October 1, 2020, the City of Charlotte is transferring to Passport, an online permit portal. You can easily manage your residential pass online. No more office visits or standing in line. You can also easily track your permit history.
