TICKETS: $30-$60
Due to the range of ticket options, please read thoroughly before purchasing, and review FAQ’s and health & safety protocols at the bottom of this page. After purchasing, please OPEN THE RECEIPT attached to your confirmation email to review your ticket purchase. The body of the email itself is very confusing.
NOTE: Those who choose to purchase an upgraded ticket will enjoy both the Holiday Sip & Stroll AND interior tours of 3 spectacular private homes, decorated for the season.
Note: This ticket type allows the holder to participate in the full Sip & Stroll event, as well as tour the interiors of 3 private homes, decorated for the season according to the homeowners’ individual taste.
This event sells out well in advance every year, so buy your tickets early! Happy Holidays, and we look forward to seeing you!
While we encourage all guests to fully vaccinate, and to wear masks if/when touring home interiors, they are not required at this time. Please note, however, that required safety protocols may change at any time, or if individual homeowners request masking to tour their private homes.
My ticket appears to be for the wrong date. Can you check it for me or transfer me?
A: Please open the receipt attached to your Eventbrite confirmation email, or scroll all the way to the bottom of your email to find “Order Confirmation.” Either of these methods will more clearly state the valid dates of your tickets. In 99% of cases, guests have in fact purchased tickets for their desired dates, but the Eventbrite confirmation email is confusing.
NOTE: the tour takes place from 5-9 pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday ONLY.
I have a ticket. Where do I check in?
A: Our Ticket Booth is located at the corner of W. 9th and N. Poplar Streets. Please check in there to receive your guidebook (required for touring). To expedite check-in, please bring a digital or printed copy of your ticket.
I lost my ticket confirmation. Will I be able to check in?
A: No worries! Simply report to the Ticket Booth at W. 9th & N. Poplar Streets, and we will check you in manually via first and last name.
Is the tour walkable? How long will the tour take?
A: The tour is walkable and self-guided. You will receive a tour guidebook (required for touring) with all the info necessary to make the most of the tour, and you can go at your own pace. While you may start the tour at any time, we anticipate this year’s tour will take 3-4 hours to complete all activities.
Are children allowed?
A: While we do not specifically program activities for children, they are welcome to come. Children who cannot be carried require a ticket. Please, no strollers in home interiors.
Are dogs allowed?
A: While we LOVE dogs, many of our participating homes have resident dogs, who will be cooped up for the weekend, watching from windows as strangers visit their yards/spaces. In deference to resident dogs’ stress levels, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
Where do I park?
A: Limited on-street parking in Fourth Ward is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend ride share services or light rail, to minimize parking issues. The closest light rail stops are at 7th Street Public Market and 9th Street. Please visit this link for additional parking options.
For 2024, The Dunhill Hotel on Tryon Street will validate parking in their deck for anyone who purchases food or beverage at the hotel, or in their restaurant, The Asbury. The Holiday Tour ends with an Open House at The Dunhill.
Are the homes and cocktail stops different each year?
A: The homes and stops are usually different every year! Occasionally, we re-visit homes and/or gardens for cocktail stops, particularly when they are conveniently located along the tour route, or large enough to accommodate our guests. But we always strive to keep things fresh and interesting for attendees!
