New Charcuterie Business to Offer Deliveries

Brewster & Company, a new charcuterie board delivery business, is ready to serve Fourth Ward residents. Owners of the start-up are Edwin Cruise and Trish Ellington.

Here’s how Trish Ellington described the new business. “We will spotlight one cheesemaker every month. Our charcuterie products will come from local sources. We will only work with producers who raise their animals in a humane manner. The San Giuseppe Salami Company from Elon and The Chop Shop Butchery from Asheville are a big part of our first offerings. To complement those items, we will feature local products like Cloister Honey and Potts Chocolate, and we will source locally grown fruit and vegetables. Our goal is to support local and small businesses in everything we do.”
